1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NovaMart Digital store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the store.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are shown for demonstration purposes. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable display adjustments. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. We accept major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay). Orders are confirmed after payment is validated. This demo never charges real money.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Shipping is free for orders over $99; otherwise a $9 fee applies.
5. Returns and Refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item in original condition.
6. Warranty
All new products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification. Genuine product guarantee applies to all purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
The NovaMart name, logo, page design, and original content are the property of NovaMart Digital Pte. Ltd. All product names and images shown are for demonstration and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
